By accessing the websites deuracontrols.com, or by using our environmental monitoring hardware and software interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all hardware sales, software subscriptions, and advisory services provided by Deura Controls LLC.
2. Use of Services & Monitoring Data
Our services are designed for professional environmental monitoring. Users agree to:
- Maintain the security of dashboard credentials.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer Deura Controls sensor hardware or firmware.
- Use data insights in compliance with local environmental and industrial regulations.
3. Limitation of Liability
Notice to Commercial Users:
Deura Controls provides high-precision monitoring tools; however, we do not guarantee 100% uptime of cloud dashboards or network connectivity. Deura Controls shall not be held liable for any loss of inventory, crop failure, hardware downtime, or data loss resulting from network interruptions or sensor misuse.
4. Intellectual Property
All technology, including but not limited to the "Deura Controls" brand, dashboard UI/UX, sensor housing designs, and proprietary algorithms, remains the sole property of Deura Controls. No license is granted to use our trademarks for commercial purposes without written consent.
5. Payment & Subscriptions
Certain monitoring features require an active subscription. Failure to maintain payment may result in the suspension of real-time alerts and historical data logging. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing clients.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
